What is project based learning
PBL is a model for classroom activity that shifts away from the classroom practices of short, isolated, teacher-centered lessons and instead emphasizes learning activities that are long-term, interdisciplinary, and student-centered

Project Based Learning

l  concentrates scenarios that provide rich learning opportunities
l  involves students in problem-solving investigations and other meaningful tasks
l  allows students to build their own knowledge
l  concludes with realistic products 
l  shifts away from the classroom practices of short, isolated, teacher-centered lessons
l  emphasizes learning activities that are:
l  long-term
l  student-centered
l  integrated with real world issues and practices and have compelling questions
*      To facilitate student integration of content to teach students to:
Use their minds, apply what they learn, be technologically literate, acquire 21st century skills and self-confidence
Advantage and disadvantage PROJECT-BASED LEARNING
Advantage.
1. To improve motivation.
2. To improve ability to slope the problem.
3. To improve collaboration.
 
Disadvantage
1.  Require a lot of time.
2. It costs quite a lot.
3.  Number equipment must be provided.
4. Many instructors who are comfortable with the class traditional.
